Charles Boucher- Vice President of Property Management

Chuck has served in the property management industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in managing Class A, B and C assets, including garden style, conventional and shared condo properties. He has been instrumental in proposing and implementing value-add renovations and repositioning of properties. He has an extensive background in disposition and management transitions. Prior to joining Navarino Property Management, he served as a Regional Manager at Equity Residential for over 15 years and Grove Management for 5 years. He was responsible for overseeing 15+ properties in the greater Connecticut and Massachusetts area. Chuck is a graduate from Central Connecticut State University.

Melissa Ludwig- Assistant Vice President- Property Management

Melissa brings over 13 years of experience in multifamily housing management including experience in market, subsidy, acquisitions, dispositions, high rise, mid-rise, garden style, and lease ups. She has a well-documented track record of creating value, maximizing investment returns and exceeding operational and financial performance objectives. She is also a proven leader who prides herself on building exceptional teams, developing emerging leaders and driving rapid improvement at challenging communities.  Prior to joining Navarino, Melissa worked for Equity Residential as a Regional Manager for over 13 years, overseeing 2500+ apartments in the greater Massachusetts area including luxury high-rise assets in the Boston and Cambridge Market.  Melissa is a graduate of Bridgewater State University.

 

Eliezer Greer- Director of Operations

Eliezer Greer is the Director of Operations at Navarino Capital. Eliezer, was the chief operating officer at Edgewood Elm Housing Inc., a non profit management company in New Haven, CT, for a decade. As the Chief Operating Officer he managed multiple crews and oversaw the historical renovation, gentrification, rental, and maintenance of 145 rental units, in Greater New Haven. He streamlined the companies operations eliminating waste and inconsistencies.

Eliezer has always been active in the community co-chairing the New Haven Community Policing Task Force as well founding the Edgewood Park Defense Patrol. Eliezer currently resides in Waterbury with his wife, Rena, and eight kids.

Eliezer is a graduate of Brown University.
